My shoots are quite relaxed, I like to be able to take my time, no rushing.

My preferred time for shooting is in the first few hours after the sun comes up, or the last few hours before it is gone again. In a perfect world, these are the times I would shoot .

My shooting style is casual. There are times when I will give guidance during the shoot, and times when I will step back.  I take the time to have a chat, have a giggle.

Great connections between photographers and subjects = great images.

I don’t ever say ‘Say Cheese’. I can pick a ‘say cheese’ smile a mile away. I strive to capture one that is far more real. Really. My life is cheesy enough.

I like to see the big picture.

I like to see the details.

Posing and props are sometimes used but props are not my focus……you are. Props can make a whimsical addition.

I strive for photos that are both arty and real.

Our photos are our memories. Memories of times that are so precious, and so busy. So very busy. We forget the details. The wonder of childhood is so fleeting. It’s magical and happy and full of surprises. In years to come, our photos will remind us of this.

The sibling love. The funny faces. The missing teeth. The cheeky smiles.

I do believe that every moment matters.

I see it with my heart. I capture it with my camera.
